Erica Bourne is a distinguished strategic consultant, leadership architect, and global change agent with over 20 years of professional experience spanning federal intelligence, corporate industries, and entrepreneurial innovation. A former Senior Technical Program Manager with the CIA, she is known for her ability to design systems, build teams, and deliver results in complex environments.
Today, Erica channels her expertise into her own ventures. As the founder of Erica Bourne Consulting, she equips businesses and entrepreneurs with clarity and strategy for sustainable growth. Through The Sheerah Society, she has created an exclusive sisterhood for women leaders committed to legacy, wealth, and community.
She is also the author of In My Foolish Haste, a faith-based reflection on resilience and purpose, which speaks to her belief in living with intention and impact.
